What We’re Looking For:
1+ years of recent experience as a freight broker or agent
Proven success managing freight from cradle to grave and built a book
A personal book of freight customers or shippers producing at least $10K GM/month
Ability to grow and manage long‑term client relationships
Must reside in the United States
