Job description
NewCold is a service provider in cold chain logistics specializing in the development and operation of large, highly automated cold stores. Freight Forwarder
Responsibilities
Organise and coordinate domestic temperature‑controlled transport operations
Plan and optimise transport orders
Cooperate with carriers and develop a subcontractor base
Manage own and external fleet, participating in its development
Calculate transport costs and analyse profitability of orders
Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients and business partners
Supervise operational documentation and prepare analyses and reports
Perform tasks in accordance with the company’s procedures and policies
Requirements
Experience in a freight forwarder position (refrigerated transport experience is an asset)
Knowledge of the transport market and domestic freight forwarding regulations
Good communicative knowledge of English
Planning skills and analytical thinking
Strong work organisation and ability to work independently
Ability to build business relationships
Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
