Job description
Eataly Chicago is seeking a Fresh Market Lead to oversee daily operations of the Fresh Market counters, including Butcher, Fish, Salumi & Formaggi, Produce, and Fresh Pasta. You will ensure quality, train staff, and coordinate with the kitchen to fulfill orders.
The role involves supervising the team, managing stock, and maintaining visually appealing displays while meeting health and safety standards. Evening/weekend onsite availability is required.
