Job description
Enfield Farms is seeking a lightweight Case Pack Operator to inspect raw product, ensure packaging integrity, and safely assemble finished product into cases. The role involves manual and mechanical case erection, floor cleaning, and strict adherence to GMP policies and PPE requirements.
Work in a cold, wet environment with PPE such as gloves and masks; lifting 5–7 lbs repeatedly and occasionally up to 40 lbs across an 8+ hour shift is expected. Safety first and fast-paced accuracy are essential.
