Job description
DiCarlo Food Service in Holtsville, NY is seeking a Fresh Produce Quality & Inventory Control Associate to inspect inbound, stored and outbound produce and maintain accurate inventory records. The role collaborates with Purchasing, Operations and Sales to prevent quality issues and ensure high-quality produce reaches customers.
Responsibilities include daily inspections, documentation, discrepancy resolution, and adherence to FIFO/FEFO procedures.
