Job description
Treasure Island Resort & Casino is seeking a friendly, professional Hotel Front Desk team member to deliver outstanding guest service in our fast-paced resort environment. You’ll handle check-in/check-out, process payments, answer questions, and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a smooth, enjoyable stay. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a guest-first mindset. You’ll manage reservations, resolve issues, and provide local and property information while upholding tribal values of respect, teamwork, and service excellence.
