Job description
Treasure Island Resort & Casino is seeking a Guest Experience Representative to create welcoming, memorable visits for every guest. In this fast-paced role, you’ll greet and assist guests, handle check-ins, answer questions, resolve concerns, and promote resort amenities, gaming, and events. You’ll process transactions accurately, maintain a clean, organized work area, and follow tribal and property policies. Working closely with a supportive team, you’ll embody our guest-first, respectful culture while ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to service excellence and community.
