McAlester Dentistry & Braces is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to greet patients, update information in our dental software, and keep the front desk and lobby tidy and professional.
You will verify patient insurance by phone, email, or fax, register new patients, answer calls, manage forms, and support the daily appointment schedule in a fast-paced office. High standards of privacy and HIPAA compliance are essential.
