Job description
Crunch Fitness is seeking a Front Desk Lead (FDL) to be the high-energy, sales-driven face of the club when management isn’t on site. You’ll lead the front desk, drive membership and personal training sales, and inspire the team with Crunch culture.
You’ll manage tours, inquiries, and registrations, handle the Engage platform and logs, renewals, and pricing, and support MSR training. This full‑time role offers growth, with a structured schedule and bonus opportunities.
