Front Desk ReceptionistWe are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at a busy medical office in Fountain Valley. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Vietnamese and English, with excellent communication skills to assist a diverse patient base. Responsibilities include greeting and checking in patients, managing appointment schedules, handling phone calls, and processing patient information with confidentiality and professionalism. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a compassionate approach to patient care. Experience in a medical office setting is preferred.Responsibilities:Greet and check in patients, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment.Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate departments.Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.Maintain accurate patient records and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.Assist patients with completing necessary paperwork and answer any questions regarding office policies or procedures.Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.Requirements:Fluency in Vietnamese and English.Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare environment preferred.Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.Proficiency in basic computer applications and scheduling software.
