Job description
SEES Group is seeking a Patient Experience Lead to oversee front desk operations in our ophthalmology practice. You will guide the front desk team, ensure smooth patient check-in/check-out, and coordinate scheduling and insurance verification to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
The role requires mentoring staff, developing front desk policies, and maintaining HIPAA compliance while collaborating with the Practice Manager to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction.
