Front Desk / Patient Services RepresentativeNOW HIRING: Full-Time Front Desk / Patient Services RepresentativeFirst Choice Urgent Care is seeking an experienced, dependable, and customer-focused Full-Time Front Desk Team Member for our busy Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine clinic in Romulus, MI.Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM No weekends!This is a fast-paced position requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide excellent service while managing multiple responsibilities.Qualifications:Previous medical front desk and/or health insurance experience requiredStrong knowledge of insurance verification and eligibilityExcellent customer service skillsProfessional and courteous phone etiquetteAbility to multitask and prioritize in a busy, fast-paced environmentStrong computer skills and ability to learn multiple healthcare systemsExcellent communication and organizational skillsDependable, punctual, and team-orientedExperience in urgent care, occupational medicine, or a high-volume medical office is preferredResponsibilities include:Greeting and registering patientsAnswering phones and assisting with patient inquiriesVerifying insurance eligibility and benefitsCollecting copays, deductibles, and other patient paymentsAccurately entering patient and insurance informationAssisting with urgent care and occupational medicine registrationsManaging multiple patients, phone calls, and administrative responsibilities simultaneouslyProviding a positive and professional experience for every patientWe are looking for someone who is computer savvy, confident working with insurance, comfortable in a high-volume environment, and committed to excellent customer service.If you have medical front desk/insurance experience and enjoy working in a busy healthcare environment, we would love to hear from you!
