Washington Crossing, PA - In-office - Full Time Join a Trusted Independent Insurance Agency Serving PA and Surrounding States Since 1968
Regional Insurance Associates is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and business partners. As a well-established independent insurance agency, we take pride in delivering exceptional customer service and helping individuals, families, and businesses find the right insurance solutions. What You'll Do
* Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
* Answer and direct incoming phone calls
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and office correspondence
* Support our insurance agents with administrative and customer service tasks
* Maintain client files and electronic records
* Assist with data entry and document processing
* Help ensure our office operates efficiently and professionally
What We're Looking For
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Professional phone etiquette
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Customer service experience preferred
* Insurance agency experience is a plus, but not required
