Front Desk Security SpecialistNow Hiring: Front Desk Security Specialist in Philadelphia - (Part Time, Weekend, Overnight) Join the frontline of safety and service.Job SummaryOPS Security Group is hiring Part Time, Weekend, Overnight - Front Desk Security Specialist to work in fast-paced, professional environments. This position is ideal for individuals with strong customer service skills and a calm, professional demeanor. As the first point of contact for many, you will play a vital role in ensuring safety, managing access, and delivering a great guest experience.Multiple Openings Available:Saturdays & Sundays (All shifts)Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist visitors, guests, and tenants with professionalismMonitor access points and enforce entry protocolsRespond to emergencies and de-escalate conflictsMonitor CCTV and report suspicious activityMaintain accurate daily activity logs and incident reportsConduct periodic patrols as needed (foot or vehicle-based)Support building operations by communicating effectively with staff and managementRepresent OPS Security Group's values at all timesRequirementsHigh school diploma or GEDStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficient time management and attention to detailComfortable using security technology (radios, tablets, cameras, etc.)Excellent de-escalation and interpersonal skillsReliable transportation (public or private)Ability to pass background screening, urinalysis, and required trainingPrevious experience in security, hospitality, and/or front desk preferredEarned Sick and Safe Leave (1 hour per 30 hours worked)Paid and ongoing professional trainingInternal promotion and advancement opportunitiesThis is a uniformed position that may require standing or walking for extended periods. You'll need to be alert, professional, and able to handle pressure calmly.
