Job description
NYU Langone Hospital—Long Island seeks a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee staff and patient care at a Faculty Group Practice site. You will manage attendance, schedules, payroll for direct reports, and ensure adherence to HIPAA, Compliance and HR policies. The role requires leadership and strong customer service focus.
You will drive operational dashboards, collaborate with Billing and Administration, and coach front-end staff to improve efficiency and patient experience across the Islip site.
