Front-End DeveloperWe're looking for a talented Front-End Developer in the Greater Houston area who enjoys building thoughtful, user-friendly web experiences and collaborating with others to solve meaningful problems. In this role, you'll help shape and deliver scalable, high-performance applications—owning front-end development while contributing to back-end functionality as part of a supportive, cross-functional team. This role is expected to begin primarily in the office to support onboarding and team integration. Over time, the position may transition to a hybrid schedule, with the potential to become fully remote based on performance, team needs, and business priorities.ResponsibilitiesBuild intuitive, responsive user interfaces using Angular and modern web technologiesContribute to full-stack development using technologies such as Node.js, Python, or JavaWrite clean, maintainable TypeScript/JavaScript with a focus on best practices and long-term qualityDesign and implement APIs and microservices that integrate smoothly with front-end systemsEnsure applications are accessible, inclusive, and performant across devices and platformsCollaborate closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to create seamless user experiencesOptimize applications for speed, scalability, and usabilityParticipate in code reviews and share knowledge with teammates in a supportive, feedback-driven environmentHelp maintain reliable delivery pipelines through CI/CD and automated testingDeploy and manage applications using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Troubleshoot issues thoughtfully and proactively improve systems over timeQualifications:We know great candidates don't always meet 100% of the criteria. So, if you're excited about this role, we encourage you to apply.Around 4+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on front-end workExperience with Angular (Angular 18+ preferred)Familiarity with at least one additional technology such as React, Node.js, Java, or PythonExperience using Git or similar version control systemsUnderstanding of responsive design, accessibility, and performance optimizationComfort working with UI/UX tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or SketchStrong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, especially in a remote environmentAbility to manage your time, prioritize effectively, and work independently when neededExperience (or interest) in working with cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or Google CloudAbility to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlinesExperience with cloud-based development environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google)Must be a U.S. Citizen and U.S.-based.
