BJ’s Wholesale Club in Islandia, NY is seeking a Front End Lead to supervise the front line in the absence of the Front End Manager, coach and develop teammates, and deliver exceptional member service every day.
You will drive membership metrics, support store operations, ensure policy compliance, and uphold GOLD Member Standards while maintaining accuracy in cash handling, signage, and safe, welcoming service.
