Job description
BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Front End Lead to supervise the frontline in the absence of the Front End Manager and coach team members for excellent member service.
You will drive membership metrics, oversee scheduling and workflows at the front end, and ensure accurate POS operations while maintaining a safe, friendly store environment and delivering Gold-standard service to Members.
