Job description
Front End Loader OperatorWe are hiring an experienced Front End Loader Operator to support recycling and material-handling operations. The successful candidate will operate a front end loader with a bucket to feed production lines, move loose materials, manage material piles, and maintain a safe, clean work area.ResponsibilitiesOperate a front end loader safely and efficientlyFeed the baler and sort line with materialPush, organize, and transfer loose materialsReceive customer loads and keep travel lanes, ramps, and work areas clearMonitor materials for contaminantsCommunicate with baler operators, coworkers, customers, and pedestriansPerform daily equipment checks, housekeeping, and required paperworkFollow all environmental, health, and safety proceduresRequirementsPrevious front end loader experience is requiredForklift or pallet jack experience alone does not qualifyAbility to read, communicate, and speak EnglishRecycling experience is a plusMust be fully cleared before startingMust attend a required interviewMust be able to work rotating days on the assigned scheduleSteel-toe boots are required on the first day. Hard hat, hearing protection, eye protection, high-visibility garment, gloves, and other required PPE must be worn; additional PPE will be provided.Apply only if you have front end loader experience with a bucket.
