Job description
SharkNinja is seeking a Manager, Mechanical Design - NPD in Needham, MA. You will lead the front end of the Motorized roadmap, collaborating with engineering and cross-functional teams across the US, UK, and China to deliver innovative Ninja products.
You will drive design and engineering studies, build POC rigs, and ensure consumer-focused solutions from concept to development, shaping our product strategy and roadmap.
