Job description
Bristol Farms in Santa Barbara, CA is seeking a Front-end Shift Supervisor in a management-in-training role to support the Customer Service Manager. You will supervise front-end staff, model proper conduct, and help ensure a welcoming, efficient checkout and shopping experience for customers.
You will assist with planning, directing work, training, resolving complaints, and maintaining cleanliness and adherence to company policies.
