As a Front End Shift Supervisor, you’ll play an important role in creating a friendly, helpful, easy, and safe experiencefor every guest. You’ll lead byexample, support yourteam, and helpkeep the frontend running smoothlyandefficiently.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Create a greatfirst and lastimpressionby greeting guests, making eye contact, and thanking themfor shopping withus.
Lead and supportthe Front Endteam, helping teammates provideexceptional service anda positive experiencefor every guest.
Coach and develop teammatesby providing training, guidance, encouragement,and feedback tohelp them succeed.
Partner with CustomerService Team Leadersand managementto coordinate dailyFront End activitiesand keep operationsrunning smoothly.
Promote a safe, clean, and welcomingenvironmentby maintaining anorganized Front Endand following companysafety standards.
Maintain a professional presenceby following our dress code and personal grooming standards.
Help protect thebusinessby following cash-handling, security, andcompany control procedures.
Perform cash auditsand sweepsand maintain accurate, detailed records andlogs.
Keep Front End merchandise areas stocked and organized, including high-traffic areas such as candy and other impulse merchandise.
Keep your teaminformedby communicating newpolicies, promotions, andprograms clearly andeffectively.
Support additional store needsand take onother responsibilitiesas assigned bymanagement.
