Job description
Burlington Stores, Inc. in Southaven, MS is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team.
You will supervise front-end operations, coach staff, and help drive sales while maintaining a safe, friendly shopping environment. The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail setting, excellent communication, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
