Job description
Burlington Stores, Inc. in Porterville is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor / Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team.
You will supervise all front-end operations and coach associates while partnering with management to drive sales and exceptional service. This role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price or big-box settings, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
