Job description
Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor to join our store leadership team in Bloomfield, CT. The Retail Front End Supervisor collaborates with Store Management across Merchandising, Customer Service, Operations, and Human Resources to guide a high-performing team.
You will supervise daily store functions, coach associates, reinforce safety and loss prevention, and help drive sales while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
