Job description
The TJX Companies, Inc. in Onalaska, WI is seeking a Manager on Duty to lead store teams, ensure excellent customer service, and uphold company standards.
You’ll coach associates, manage opening/closing, and coordinate priority tasks while remaining compliant with labor laws and procedures. Candidates should have 1 year of retail experience with at least 6 months in leadership, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
