Job description
Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Mooresville, NC is seeking a Retail Front End Team Leader to oversee the front-end operations, lead a sales team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will develop Associates, manage daily tasks, and support asset protection and store maintenance.
The role requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience at a mid- to large-size retailer, high school diploma or equivalent, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
