Job description
The TJ Maxx position at The TJX Companies, Inc. is a Loss Prevention support role focused on acting as a visual deterrent and maintaining store safety. You will wear a Body Worn Camera and work closely with store teams to protect the brand and ensure a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities include greeting customers, standing at the front of the store, responding to requests for assistance, and reporting incidents to store management or LP. Prior retail or security experience is helpful.
