Job description
Chipotle Mexican Grill seeks a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served; and that the restaurant crew is well trained and provides good customer service. He/she maintains a clean, organized line with properly functioning line equipment.
The role involves clocked-in work on feet, assisting with tasks when not busy, and helping monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules, while developing future Service Leaders.
