Join Chick-fil-A Smithfield-Selma as a Front of House Team Member and become the face of our restaurant. In this role, you’ll deliver Chick-fil-A’s signature hospitality by serving guests with warmth, efficiency, and excellence—whether you’re at the register, preparing drinks, bagging orders, or assisting guests in the dining room.
Full-time and Part-time opportunities available
Flexible scheduling for day and/or night shifts
Examples of available shifts:
Opening: 5:15 AM – 2:30 PM
Mid: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Closing: 2:00 PM or 4:00 PM – Close
Must be 16 years or older
Seasonal positions not available
Team Member Requirements:
Reliable, consistent, and punctual team members
Smile
Create and Maintain Eye Contact
Cheerful, positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve others
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while staying consistent and thorough
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
