Front of House Production Support AnalystLocation - Irvine CA (Remote currently and must relocate after pandemic)Job Description:5-6 Years of production support experience in Retail / Travel Hospitality customersStrong shell scripting ability (PowerShell, VBScript, Python, Bash)Strong ability to read and dissect scriptsStrong proficiency in WindowsStrong understanding of SQLUnderstanding of Point-of-Sale (POS) technologyUnderstanding of mobile and web applicationsExcellent general knowledge of computer and networking technologiesExperience with Agile with Scrum software development methodologies are highly desiredExperience with development, QA testing and software deployment are highly desiredDemonstrated strong communications skillsDemonstrated strong teamwork skills leading small technical teamsStrong understanding of object oriented designExceptional problem solving skillsHighly adaptable in a changing environmentA drive for results and customer focusSelf-starter with the ability to work unsupervisedExperience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), retail, and/or multiunit chain/franchise environment a plus
