Job description
Chipotle Mexican Grill seeks a Service Leader to uphold a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served. You will supervise the line, maintain cleanliness, and ensure equipment works properly while guiding and developing crew members.
You will train front-of-house staff, support shift scheduling, and collaborate with management on service improvements. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are required.
