Job description
Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served. The role includes training and supervising the restaurant crew, keeping a clean, organized line, and stepping in to complete tasks when not busy.
You will lead front-of-house Crew, assist with performance reviews, develop future leaders, and handle basic administration such as banking and office paperwork.
