Job description
Level99 Entertainment in West Hartford, CT, is seeking a Front-of-House (FOH) Supervisor to lead guest-facing operations and support the General Manager. You’ll maintain service standards, train staff, and ensure guest satisfaction with a proactive, energetic approach.
Responsibilities include directing shift tasks, managing daily logs, controlling labor costs, and upholding safety and beverage/service quality. A hospitality background and strong communication skills are essential.
