Job description
Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking team members to support District Loss Prevention and Store Management. The role focuses on acting as a visible deterrent, adhering to the Store Emergency Response Guide, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for customers.
You will wear the approved uniform and Body Worn Camera, greet customers, and coordinate with management on assistance requests. Prior retail or security experience is valued.
