Job description

Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Store Loss Prevention Associate to deter theft, support store management, and help maintain a positive customer shopping experience. You will wear a body worn camera, stand at the front of the store, greet customers, and collaborate with store teams and LP to protect the company brand.

The role calls for strong verbal and written communication, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently. Starting pay is USD 13.30–18.60 per hour.
