Front Office AgentLocation Overview Join our team in Aman New York. East meets West and old meets new. Manhattan's iconic Crown Building is reimagined as Aman New York, where the city's original architectural splendour and Aman's harmonious design language collide, reimagining the inimitable tranquillity of Aman in the heart of Manhattan's midtown. With a year-round Garden Terrace, flagship Aman Spa and spacious suites all among the largest in the city.The Front Office Agent will provide hotel support and service in accordance with Aman's Core Ambitions, Purpose, Brand Pillars, Values, Competencies and Spirit.This position has an hourly compensation rate of $37.91.ResponsibilitiesPerforms all Front Office Assigned functions, preparing, and executing an ideal Aman New York Journey to guests.Check-in and Check-out of Hotel Guests and Club Members.Managing chats with Guest/Club Member movement, Arrival & Departure, etc.Responsible for maintaining the highest quality database relating to Guest History.Provide quality and genuine service by responding to guests and team members promptly, efficiently, and courteously. Follow up and follow through.Responding to guest and leadership feedback, in areas relating to Guest Satisfaction. Focusing on improvement regarding feedback.Have an in-depth knowledge of activities, directions, travel time, cost, and various forms of transportation around New York City.Responsible for maintaining clean, neat, and organized surroundings, ensuring a safe and positive environment.Stay current with developments and procedures in Aman New York by attending each pre-shift and departmental meetings set.Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the Front Office Management Team.Requirements1 year of related luxury hotel experience.Graduate of Hotel School or College Degree is a plus.Must be proficient in Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
