Now Hiring: Front Office AideAre you organized, dependable, and enjoy helping others? Necic Staffing is seeking an Office Aide to support daily office operations in a busy social services environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys administrative work, providing excellent customer service, and being part of a team that makes a difference in the community.Responsibilities include:Answering phones and greeting clients professionallyMaintaining and organizing office files and recordsFiling, copying, scanning, and preparing documentsAssisting staff with daily administrative tasks and projectsMaintaining office supply inventoryProviding courteous assistance to clients and visitorsOperating office equipment including computers, copiers, and scannersMaintaining confidentiality and professionalismAttending required trainings and assisting with additional duties as assignedQualifications:High school diploma or GED requiredStrong organizational, communication, and customer service skillsBasic computer and office equipment experienceExcellent spelling, grammar, and attention to detailAbility to multitask in a fast-paced office environmentReliable transportationWillingness to travel for training as neededExperience working with diverse or low-income populations is a plusAbility to pass required background and drug screeningsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds when needed
