Front Office CoordinatorEndeavor Home Care Group is hiring a Front Office Coordinator for our Mesa office. This role is the heart of our operations, serving as the first point of contact for families and supporting our care coordination team.Responsibilities include: answering phones, assisting with DSP recruitment and onboarding, and maintaining organized client and employee records. You will also manage office supplies, track certifications, and help create a welcoming environment.We are looking for a compassionate, organized professional who can multitask in a fast-paced setting. Strong computer skills and a genuine passion for helping others are essential. Must be proficient with technology including but not limited to Google Suite products. Bilingual English/Spanish is mandatory.Schedule Monday through Friday 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM In-person at our Mesa office Pay and Benefits $43,000 – $50,000 annually (DOE) Benefits include: health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k), and paid time off.At Endeavor, we believe support starts with people who care.
