Our practices combine the feel of an established local dental office with the resources and support of a larger organization.As a Front Office Coordinator, you'll play an important role in the patient experience while supporting scheduling, insurance verification, treatment coordination, and the day-to-day flow of the practice.What You'll DoGreet and check in patientsAnswer and manage incoming phone callsSchedule and confirm patient appointmentsVerify insurance eligibility and benefitsCollect patient payments and maintain accurate recordsAssist patients with treatment financing optionsMaintain patient charts and documentationSupport office productivity through effective scheduling and communicationCoordinate with clinical teams to ensure a seamless patient experienceHelp maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional office environment
