You will not be sent into someone's house.We take care of homes. You take care of the office. Phones, the schedule, the data, and the messages that keep the field team from guessing. It's busy. It's not chaotic if you're good. And the pay has a ceiling that isn't just the hourly: bonuses can push a week toward $950.The actual jobYou're the front of the shop. Clients call. People who want to become clients call. You answer.Put the work in the system so Thursday's crew is not surprisedTell managers and field staff the stuff that matters: time, access, pets, a complaint, someone called offDon't let voicemail and callbacks rot overnightOther office stuff will land on your desk.
