Front Office Scheduling CoordinatorJohnsonLink Orthodontics is looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, and compassionate Front Office Scheduling Coordinator to join our team! Our front office is the heart of our practice. We are looking for someone who enjoys connecting with patients, can confidently manage a busy schedule, and takes pride in making every patient and family feel welcomed, cared for, and valued.What You'll Do:Welcome patients and families with a warm, professional attitude.Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments.Manage the daily schedule and help maximize appointment efficiency.Answer phones, respond to patient questions, and provide excellent customer service.Coordinate appointment changes, cancellations, and rescheduling.Assist patients and families with their financial arrangements, including reviewing account balances, discussing payment options, and answering questions about financial contracts.Process and collect patient payments and accurately document transactions.Follow up on outstanding balances and assist with account-related questions in a professional and compassionate manner.Maintain accurate patient information, financial records, and documentation.Communicate clearly with patients regarding appointments, financial arrangements, and office procedures.Work closely with the orthodontic team to ensure a smooth patient flow.Assist with general front-office administrative responsibilities.Create a positive, welcoming experience for patients of all ages.Who We're Looking For:You are:Friendly, organized, and professional.Excellent at communication and customer service.Comfortable handling financial tasks with accuracy.A team player who contributes to a supportive, fun culture.Prior experience in dental/orthodontic offices helpful but not required — we love to train motivated candidates!Benefits:Full-time hours (Monday–Friday).Competitive starting pay — $24/hour.Benefits package.Learning and development opportunities.Work with top orthodontic providers and a team culture anyone would dream of being part of!Why Join Johnsonlink Orthodontics?At Johnsonlink, we believe in family, growth, and exceptional care.You'll be part of a supportive team that values positivity, collaboration, and excellence — both for our patients and our staff.Ready to Apply?Send your resume and a brief introduction to We can't wait to meet you!
