We are glad that you're here.Position: Front Office SupervisorDivision: Flying Saddle ResortCategory: Room DepartmentDescription:Duty Tasks:Supervises the activities of front desk staff.Trains, cross-trains and retrains all front Office personnel.Assists with front office schedules.Supervises workloads during shifts.Maintains working relationships and communicates with all departments.Verifies that accurate room status information is maintained and properly communicated.Resolves guest problems quickly, efficiently and courteously.Maintains and updates group information. Maintains monitors and prepares group requirements. Relays information to appropriate personnel.Reviews and completes credit limit report.Works within the allotted labor standards for the front desk.Maintains and contributes to the shift log, noting problems, special guests and work needing to be completed.Enforces all cash handling, check cashing and credit policies.Wears the proper uniform at all times.
