Front Office SupervisorHyatt Centric Congress Avenue Austin is looking for a passionate and experienced Front Office Supervisor to oversee daily guest services operations and create memorable guest experiences. This individual will lead the front office team, ensure smooth and efficient operations, and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is a service-focused leader who excels in problem-solving, communication, and building positive relationships with guests and team members alike.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily front office operations and shift activities, ensuring all team members consistently adhere to established standards, policies, and operating procedures.Train, mentor, and direct front desk team members, providing ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and support to maintain exceptional service standards and operational efficiency.Effectively resolve guest concerns, complaints, and service issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction and a positive hotel experience.Build strong working relationships and collaborate closely with all hotel departments, including Housekeeping, Reservations, Engineering, and Food & Beverage, to ensure seamless guest service and operational excellence.Oversee and accurately manage front desk cash transactions, maintaining accountability for assigned cash banks and ensuring compliance with hotel cash-handling and bank agreement policies.Assist in monitoring front desk performance, ensuring team productivity, service quality, and adherence to brand and hotel standards.Support the Front Office Manager in achieving departmental goals, guest satisfaction targets, and overall hotel objectives.BenefitsPeachtree Group provides a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance.
