Job description
McLeod Health in Florence, SC is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the McLeod Family Medicine South clinic. You will assist physicians in patient assessment, triage, procedures, medications, injections, education, and follow-up care.
You will maintain exam rooms, document in the EMR, schedule tests, coordinate referrals, and participate in QA activities to support high-quality patient care.
