Job description
Roads to Success seeks a dedicated Group Leader to supervise participants in NYC neighborhoods, ensuring a safe, welcoming program environment and high-quality enrichment activities. You will partner with staff to support academic help, recreation, transitions, meals, arrival, and dismissal, while modeling positive youth development.
The role requires on-site work up to 18 hours per week, with compensation ranging from $17.00 to $19.75 per hour.
