Position: FSET & W2 Case Manager
Location: 55 S Main St Ste 240, Fond du Lac, WI 54935
In this role, you will assess individuals needs, providing employment counseling and referrals to support clients in achieving self-sufficiency. Your work will directly contribute to the personal and professional growth of the individuals we serve.
Position Overview- Key Responsibilities (Full details on attached job description):
Providing strength-based counseling to motivate and empower clients
Coordinating services like job training, volunteer placements, and education
Leading job readiness workshops and employment search sessions
Promotes and connects FSET program services to external agencies & community partners
Required travel to the Green Lake office at least once per week.

Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of two years' experience in a related field
Be a self-starter/motivated-being the sole representative of FSC for the Wautoma location. There are other organizations within the building but you would be the sole case manager with FSC.
