Home Health Aides – Full Time2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Every Other Weekend)First Community VillageCommunity Wellness, proudly serving Central Ohio, is a trusted provider of in-home health and support services. Our dedicated team of professionals delivers compassionate, high-quality care that helps seniors live with dignity and independence.Qualifications:High school diploma or GED requiredHHA Certification, STNA/CNA preferred but not requiredValid driver's license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation requiredKey Responsibilities:Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, dressing, toileting, skin care, etc.).Document care provided and report changes in the client's condition (physical, emotional, or medical) to management.Take and record vital signs as instructed.Prepare and serve nutritious meals.Support mobility through ambulation, range-of-motion exercises, and activity assistance as outlined in the care plan.Assist with clients with medication reminders.Maintain a clean and safe environment: change linens, do laundry, provide light housekeeping and pet care assistance.Ensure all equipment is used safely and all care is provided in compliance with safety standards.Complete and submit documentation accurately and on time.What We Offer:Medical Coverage (PPO & HDHP with HSA options) – Club Services covers on average 75–80% of costsDental, Vision, Life & AD&D InsuranceFlexible Spending AccountsPaid Time Off (PTO) and Paid HolidaysReady to make a difference in someone's life?
