We are looking for a Full-time 3rd Shift Security Guard.Shift Hours: Tuesday - Saturday 11:30pm - 8am (with some flexibility for coverage)Our Full-Time Security Benefits include:Up to 6% matching on our 403B retirement planMedical/ Dental/ Vision/ LIFE/ Short Term and Long Term Disability (for FT team members)Free Employee Assistance ProgramEducational Assistance for FT and regular PT team membersGenerous PTO for FT Team MembersOnsite Team Member Meal BenefitTeam Member On-site fitness, consignment and pharmacyBi-weekly pay-direct depositEssential Functions/Duties and Responsibilities:Provides for the safety and security for all persons (patients, residents, visitors and staff), and property of the corporation.Enforces all Federal, State, and Local laws.Performs minor repairs on TV's and monitors electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.Responds to and assists in fire drills.Escorts outside vendors and emergency personnel and assists as needed.Complies with organization and department policies and procedures.Maintains and demonstrates professional competency according to department policies, procedures, and protocols.Other duties as assignedQualifications:High School diploma or equivalent.Valid driver's licenseAt least 6 months of previous experience working as a security officer.PPS certification Required, BELT certification PreferredBasic knowledge in the repair of mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment.Good writing skills to complete reports.Ability to interact with individuals of all cultures and levels of authority.Ability to assist in firefighting and evacuation.Must be able to drive on occasion for company business purposes. Must pass a pre-employment post offer motor vehicle report, as well as annual motor vehicle report.Our community requires proof of COVID-19 vaccination, or apply for and receive an approved exemption as a condition of employment.
