FT Agronomy Equipment Operator - West SalemWest Salem, WI 54669Why Join Our Team?Flexibility: Enjoy adjustable schedules that suit your lifestyle.Outdoors: Embrace the fresh air and nature every workday.Growth: Advance your career with opportunities for professional development.Culture: Experience a fun and supportive team environment where you'll feel like family.Rewards: Benefit from employee discounts, 401(k) matching, and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees.Primary Objectives of Position:Deliver and distribute agronomy products in a professional and timely mannerAssist in optimizing the cooperative's market and efficiencyHelp achieve the cooperative's mission and goalsPerform all tasks with outstanding customer serviceResponsibilities of the Position:Operate spraying and spreading equipment properlyMix fertilizer and chemicals properly to ensure quality standards and accuracyDeliver products to appropriate customers in a timely mannerReport needed inventory items to supervisorEnsure all delivery tickets are accurate and filled out correctlyKeep accurate log of all fields, acres, rates, product, and weatherInform supervisor of any potential problems or new business opportunitiesAll other duties as assignedQualificationsQualifications:Be 18 years of age or olderMust have or be able to obtain a Wisconsin Certified Applicators LicenseCDL preferredBe able to lift 50 lbs of a consistent basis, be able to bend, climb, and have good leg and arm dexterity
